Order Changes and Cancellation Policy

- Cancelling an Order: You have 24 hours to cancel an order. We recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
- Custom Orders: Once production starts, custom items can't be cancelled.
- How to Cancel: Contact us by email or phone. Give your order number and reason for cancelling.
- Refunds: If you cancel within the time frame, we'll refund your payment. It may take time based on your payment method.
- After Shipping: If shipped, you can't cancel. Follow our return policy.

Styling Service Cancellation Policy
- Time to Notify: If you want to cancel a styling service, inform us at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
- Late Cancellation (Less than 48 hours): Canceling within 48 hours may incur a 50% deduction from the total service fee.
- Last-Minute Cancellation (Less than 24 hours): Canceling within 24 hours won't qualify for a refund.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we can accommodate within a reasonable timeframe and subject to availability.
Refunds for Canceled Styling Service
- Cancellation within 48 hours: Refund issued for total service fee minus any applicable cancellation fees.
- Late cancellation (less than 48 hours): Refund is total service fee minus 50%.
- Last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours): No refund provided.
- Refund Process: After confirming your cancellation, the refund process begins, taking several business days to appear in your account based on your payment provider.
